Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.

This tells me what the problem is but I don't know what to do, or how I'm supposed to use this information to recover the account :/

I would say to go in safe mode and uninstall this 2 things:
    GoogleToolbarNotifier
    GoogleDesktop

I wasn't really sure how to go about that, so I tried logging in on safemode to the faulty account and it still wouldn't let me, then I tried logging in to the "administrator" acount and tried to see if I could delete the two programs in "add or remove..." but neither of the two specifically listed programs showed up, the closest I could get was was Gooogle Toolbar, which when I tried to press "remove" something sort of flashed on the taskbar and nothing happened, what now?

I just tried something else, logging in onto the administrator account in safemode and deleting the whole "google" folder.. Still it won't let me log on :/

There seems to be a new problem too, now I've deleted the google folder :/

The device, \Device\Harddisk0\D, has a bad block.

Apparantly the D partition contains all the backup/restore/recovery files. So would that also affect me logging on to my account?

I logged on a second ago, checked the log, and the log I posted above hadn't come up but I did find this one ^
