Unable to log in

    For some reason each time I try to log in to my account it logs me off. I did a search on this forum and found this thread:

    I have the same problem but I don't have the setup disc anymore and I tryed safe mode but the same thing happened.

    Nm that I found the setup disk I just don't know how to make it boot from the setup disk

    You press a key such as F1, F2, del or others to get into the BIOS. Then you look for the bootup options and move cd to the top of the list above the hard drive.

    OK I did that but then it goes to recovery console and it asked "Which windows installation would you like to log into" I don't know what this means or is

    That means you have more than one windows install on your hard drive.

    You just enter a number, usually 1. Then it will ask for a password. If you don't have one set, leave it blank and hit enter.
