Unable to open address book,error message.

    I have WinXP pro with IE 6.0 and I get the error message Unable to open address book,error message. I also can't compose and e mails also. Any help woould be appreciated. Thanks

    which email program are you attempting to use?

    under IE "TOOLS"/internet options/programs...what do you have listed?

    are your POP and SMTP setting correct?

    ....i have more questions when you answer the above.

    incoming and and outgoing ok but nothing listed in reply address.
