Unable to open Attachment/Unknown File

Hi!

I previously posted a similar question, but I've received another e-mail with the extension showing this time.

It's a forwarded e-mail that has an attachment that my computer isn't able to open. This isn't the first time I've received an e-mail with the same looking icon in the attachment box, but this time it shows the file extension.
".pps"

I found a webpage, is this what I should download?

I've included pics of what happens when I try to open the attachment. Any help appreciated, but I do need very simple/basic instructions to follow as I'm not too knowledgeable about computers.

Yes, you either need the full PowerPoint program, or download the viewer.

Just install it, and you will be able to view .pps files.
