Unable to renew IP address

I have a problem with my networking and the IP address will not renew. I tried ipconfig /all and this is what i got. Please help and email me at <snip>

See if that resolves your problem.
If not post back with more information on your system - Operating system, service pack level, security software (firewall program). Is this a new problem or ongoing for awhile? Any new software installed recently? Any new hardware installed recently?
