Hi, I wonder if someone can help me with this problem. I was not able to right click to rename, delete, copy, cut and paste function on my mouse. Each time I try to do something with the right click, a window error with a message will pop up. In addition, I also get an error message stating g2comm .exe dll initialization failed when I try to shut down my computer so I am not sure what exactly is wrong with my computer. Can someone please let me know what I can do to restore the right click on my mouse?

I have followed everything that the READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide (incl. spyware, virus, trojan, hijacker) and here are all my logs. Thanks.

p.s: Because of the problem with my right click, I was not able to rename the Malwarebytes.exe to mbam-setup.

I'm sorry but there are not malware problems. I suggest that you post in the Software Forum as your logs are clean too.

The g2comm.exe program is part of the GoToMeeting software you have installed.

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go back to step 4 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

Thank you. I think i am okay now. Somehow my right click works right after I did the whole procedures.
