Unable to run php script

I have downloaded this script (click)
It's a tracking script.

After downloading i unzip them to a folder "count"

Then in my site i create 3 folders (I don't use FTP):---

in the public_html folder, a folder called "count"

In the count folderI installed 2 folders "admin" and "install".

Then i uploaded the files as there in the unzipped folder "count" in my h drive
and make them same in my server.

i.e. the files within the admin and install folder i make same in the admin and
install folder in my server.Also same for the count folder.

And when i goto www.my_own_site.com/count/install
i successfully installed the script (by following the instruction).

now i go to http://www.my_own_site.com/count/admin
found the page where i can put links or pages:-

NOw howto get the tracking???

I created both links and pages and then ran the tracker.php file:
http://www.my_own_site.com/count/tracker.php
but still unable to get any data.

Pls provide some suggestion.
