Unable to uninstall/reinstall ITunes

I am unable to uninstall and then reinstall ITunes. I contacted ITunes for assistance but we were unable to do it. Suggested I contact Microsoft to override the uninstall so I could reinstall. I need the ITunes to install files on my IPad. I restored my computer to before I uninstalled the ITunes. Please advise me. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I think if I am reading US style date correctly this is an old message but if still having this problem can you tell me what happens when you try to download and install itunes? Did the restore work?

 

It goes thru all the download then says it is not available. I cannot download the Itunes. I also get a Adobe Crashed unable to load. Will report problem. I never received any suggestions. You are the first to respond. Thank you.

 

Uninstalling Itunes does not uninstall everything.

I'd first ask is, what OS are you running? XP, vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10?

I've ran into issues myself. There is a bit of work to do, but, again, need to know the OS version.

 

I am on Windows 7. This morning, I went to view a video again and received the message Adobe Player Crashed Failed. Send Crash Report but I never receive a response on how to fix it.

 

Sounds to me you need to uninstall adobe flash player and reinstall that first and then try reinstalling iTunes to see if that works.

I did that several times but it did not work. Adobe says it is installing, then says there is a problem with installation. Don't know what to do from here.

Odd that Itunes requested adobe flash, since it is tied to quicktime.

I tried them all. The first site downloaded and opened it but would not play the youtube video. Just had a blank white screen. The others downloaded it but I was never able to open.
