Unable to update Norton AV

    Looking for help, I have Norton AV 2002, running on Windows XP. I am able to down load virus definitations from Live Update but when I click to install them I get an error message saying "the files cannot be updated by LiveUpdate. Never happen before, I ran a new scan and found nothing. I am unable to find any support fron the Mighty Norton web site. Does any one have any ideas what my problem is or what I can do to correct it. Thanks-John
