unable to use webcam in msn

i am having trouble with my webcam
works ok on the laptop but not in msn.
tried to install in msn tools video/ audio.
message saying unable run audio/video.

what version of msn messenger are you using? On windows live messenger: Menu bar --> tools ---> audio and video setup This should walk you through everything.

creative live cam optia.
this onley happened when i upgraded msn.
it has also happened to my brother.:cry

 

try updating the webcams driver, if that dosent fix it try downloading yahoo messenger just to see if you have the same issue

you might want to revert back to your previous version of msn
