I ran a performance test and the only issue I come up with is an unusually slow c: drive. The uncached speed is 15 and they say it should be 40. I'm am completely defragged. Any suggestions???

Is it slow in everyday use?

Make sure that DMA is enabled.

Yes, it is slow in everyday use. Can you please explain what the DMA is and how to enable it? Thank you
