unclear fonts

For some time a number of fonts appear extremely unclear on my Dell Dimension E521. Most fonts and other graphics are crystal clear.

I have updating the graphics driver (NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE) with no result.

I guess some of the fonts somehow got corrupt, but I have no idea how to know which ones are used in a web form.

Any ideas for solution?

 

This process will not repair any corrupt fonts but it will improve the general
appearance of text.

Thank you. I did already use Clear Type, however, and the problem only occurs with a few fonts, as I can judge.

I see nothing in the page source that is unusual, but it's possible that I missed something. You can view that page's code with IE by right-clicking on the page, and clicking 'View Source' (with Firefox, it's 'View Page Source') - you can also view the stylesheets in a browser.

The page looks fine here. Maybe some of your fonts are corrupt - you can always copy/paste your core fonts from your Windows disk to your Fonts folder.

 

Thank you for good suggestions.
However, it turned out that Internet Explorer was set to zoom 75%. This caused some fonts to look blurred, regardless of the screen setting. I wasn't even aware there was such a setting in IE.
