I wasn't sure where to post this, please move if needed.

In my Temporary Internet folder, there are some tracking cookies I can't delete!
I've used a few of my programs, and even used "select all" to highlight them and clicked "delete".
    NOTHING,they're still there.
How do I go about deleting these cookies?

Thank you all for the help.

    Hi

What Windows version are you using?
Do you have multiple user accounts on the PC? if so they run a cleaner in all accounts, and a good on to try is CCleaner

If that doesnt work, boot to Safe Mode, F8 at boot and choose Safe Mode and then run CCleaner.

*tracking cookies are not harmful as they sound, they do not carry malware and dont actully track you all over the internet, they just track your usage on a specific website, and without cookies you just wouldnt be able to surf the net*

Also be aware that you can't remove temp files from today's date.
