uninstall advice plz

    i've had enough of IE and spyware,I changed browsers and locked IE in the closet.Don't think I need adaware and spybot anymore,if I uninstall those 2 programs do the parasites quarantined in there become unleashed on my system again,or are they quarantined till my comp reaches junk status?
