Uninstall Net Traffic 1.8 ?

I downloaded an installed the above application from MG and decided I want to uninstall it. No info is given with the program on the uninstall procedure and the web links to the developer are dead. Control Panel/Add Remove does not list Net Traffic. This program looks to be just a script, will deleting it from the install directory remove all files from this app? There are other mirrors to the authors homepage but nothing about uninstalling.

Run the App, ensure that it is not set to run at startup of Windows, close the App, delete the folder - that should suffice.
