Uninstall Norton Internet Security 2005

I'm about to take on a project of uninstalling Norton Internet Security 2005 from 5 Dell systems and replacing it with AVG Antivirus plus Firewall. I've read some horror stories about the uninstall process. Anyone with experience want to provide any hints or suggestions?

Thanks, star17. I appreciate the link. I had found this page doing a Symantec search but had hoped to find something that did not require an on-line uninstall ... but I should be able to make this procedure work.
