Hi. I have an old laptop (HP 5-6 years). It has Windows 2003 XP Office Pro with Front Page. The problem is that the Symantec Antivirus program was password protected and no one remembers what the password is. It is preventing me from accessing any e-mail accounts and various other sites. I tried Add/Remove programs, but cannot do it without the password. When I got cable DSL, it came with McAfee. I had downloaded that and apparently McAfee and Norton were "fighting" it out. I uninstalled the McAfee, but now have the problem of being unable to access e-mails. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

P.S. I searched for this topice before posting, but did not find it.
