Uninstall WLM ==> blue screen

Hi,

when I uninstall Windows Live, the next time I use my PC, I get a blue screen and my PC shut down, I don't know what to do... could you help me please?

Have you tried rebooting again to see if it was a one-time bluescreen?

 

Yes, I uninstalled WL 3 times and each time I had to restore the system. When I leave it on my pc, there is no problem.

 

Try uninstalling using http://majorgeeks.com/Revo_Uninstaller_d5706.html , just cick the link, this tool also gves you the opportunity to uninstall leftovers within the registry, then post back to us !

I still have the problem, I also tried CCleaner, I use Windows Vista 32 bits SP2. I use AVG, Comodo Firewall, MBAM and SAS.
The blue screen disappears after 0.1 sec and I don't know where to read it, sorry.

 

Wait for someone who can interpret any conflict with your security software.

To disable automatically rebooting on blue screen so you can read it:
Right-click Computer icon.
Select Properties.
Advanced tab.
Under Startup and recovery hit the Settings button.
Uncheck the box for Automatically restart.
OK.

When you try to uninstall again you should be able to read the blue screen.

 

It is written "krnl.akl.sys" and what to do with the blue screen. There was also written "PAGE-FAULT-IN-NON-PAGED-AREA" and "STOP/0X0000050" (and others numbers).

 

I tried to uninstall it, but it was written that the specified file wasn't found. I tried to tick the cases with Revo and now Anti-keylogger is nowhere, but i'm not sure... then I uninstalled WL, but same blue screen and same message.

(I downloaded Anti-keylogger one week after buying my pc and I forgot about that, on some sites they say it's a trojan, does it mean my pc has been infected for more than one year?)

Hi,

I had enough of all these problems so I formated my pc 5 hours ago.
I installed Antivir + HijackThis + MBAM + Comodo Firewall, and I was navigating on IE when pages stopped appearing, it was as if I wasn't connected, but the icon was saying my connection was alright. And then, I saw that there wasn't any Comodo icon, so I launched Comodo and I could navigate normally. And 10 min after, while I was navigating, BLUE SCREEN! I felt like crying, I thought I would have to buy another computer, but I don't have money, I thought my PC was destroyed, that it had no future. Then I decided to uninstall Comodo, and miracle! NO MORE PROBLEM (for the moment)!

I am too happy :-D and COMODO S*CKS! DON'T USE IT!

Before formating I did put some important files in "Recovery", and now I can't see them
