Uninstallable Java program called "??????????"

"??????????" is actually the name of the program. I'm assuming that it is a Java program because the app icon is the Java coffee cup logo. The name of the publisher is 3g.net.cn. It's a Win 7 computer. Any ideas on how to remove it? All help is highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the program is still listed in Control Panel.

Revo starts the program's uninstaller which still ends with the response that the program cannot be uninstalled.

Then Revo goes through it's additional magic, leaving me on the registry entry screen. There is only one entry (7 deep so Revo calls it 8 entries). I haven't removed it yet. Should I?

If this doesn't work, are there other things I can do?

If Revo cannot uninstall it, try http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall

P.S. how and why did you install it in the first place?
