Uninstalled Kaspersky - computer now nuts.

Hi anyone help please?
Cause of problem - uninstalling Kasperski Anti Vuus - it did not want to go. When I was finally rid I found error on Device Manager, yellow ! triangle pertaining to ISATAP ~~11 not working. I understand this is a bug and is not necessary to me (I have no router/network). COPY of error:
network adapters
Manufacturer ms
location unknown

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

I use Acer Aspire 5655 Windows Vista Home Premium. Wifi connection.
Problem - not recognising ADMINISTRATOR PROFILE. ONLY ME USES THIS COMPUTER. HAVE MANAGED TO CHANGE ADMINISTRATOR LOGIN PW, BUT CANNOT GET INTO USER ACCOUNTS.

Can anyone help please, or do I have to (HELP) reinstall?

First of all try the KAV Removal Tool HERE

Or could also in Device Manager right click that device and choose Uninstall and then reboot and if its needed it will be re-installed.
