Uninstalling a Program

Whenever I tried to uninstall PowerPoint Presenter Professional Suit 2007, a message will appear:

"Could not open INSTALL.LOG file"

What should I do to uninstall it? :confused

 

This is a permission issue with the log file required by the uninstall.exe file.
Locate and copy the "install.log" file to your desktop (log file location may vary, depends upon your application uninstall.exe shortcut) Then delete the "install.log" file from the original location. Now run the "uninstall.exe" and this should prompt you for the "install.log" file location. Point it to the file now on your desktop.

This should now allow you to uninstall the program.

 

I have a problem, I don't know where to get that install.log for that program. It is missing in the Program Files.

 

Use the search facility for "install.log" and of the ones that appear in the results, locate which one is your PowerPoint one from the additional location information given.

 

I have done that but there is no install.log for the program that I'm talking about...
