uninstalling nero

    I am having some problems removing 4 files from my computer when i was uninstalling nero.

    mfc71u.dll
    msvcp71.dll
    msvcr71.dll
    nbshell.dll

    Plz help

    Nero's web site has an uninstaller for all their products....
    http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-cleantools.html
    There's other stuff available in their Utilities section also if one of the tools at the above link doesn't work or doesn't fit your needs.

    Those Dll's are shared. The C++ runtime uses them.

    Reboot and you should find they are gone. If not , once you boot you should be able to get rid of the nero folder.

    ok i will try that.. i tried the nero clean tool that was a no go

    ok I tried to reboot and delete that didn't happen.Then i tried to uninstall nero 7 again and i get this message.

    Internal error:

    Custom Action DLL crashed on last call in function
    'NeroAg_UnregisterComEx'.The installer must now exit.

    Crash Thread ID 4460
    Current Thread ID 3760



    Plz help me.

    Have you tried re-installing it and then after a reboot ..uninstalling?

    Or do a search and delete all the nero crap it finds.
