I would like to uninstall Windows Vista Home Edition from my computer and then just go and install it all over again. I do not have that much on my computer. Just want to wipe the drive clean and install Vista all over again. What is the best way to go about this? Thanks for the help. John

Do you have the full DVD? Just slap that in, reboot to the disc, format the drive and reinstall. I have a feeling that your Vista was pre-installed so someone else will have to answer that part. A good thing to tell the guys is if you have restore discs or a restore partition, make and model will help too.

I do have the full cd. I wanted to reinstall this because I was having som issues with my computer running very slow. After reinstalling Vista again, the computer is still very slow. I have no idea what is going on. It take a long time for pages to load or even just check my e-mail. Any idea what could be causing this?

When you say pages and mail take time to load/check. It could be a problem with your ISP.
What ISP package have you subscribed for?
Check your connection speed here http://www.speedtest.net/

I have Optimum Online. Things were fine a few days ago.
I am here at work right now, I will check things out when I get home.

So just to clarify, it's not the time taken for the browser or mail App to launch.
    Right?

    Cheers....

Actually, yes it is the time for the browser or mail app to launch.
Before I would click on a link or open my mail and things would show up instantly.
Now it is taking a very long time. I never even thought to check my ISP. I have no idea what is going on with this.Has me stumped right now.
