Unique IRC error...

When ever i try to connect to irc.icq.net it comes up up with the error [10053] Software caused connection to abort. No what makes this unique is that i cant connect through the website or any IRC clients. I have tried other servers and they work it seems that it is only this one. I am running Windows XP Professional with the SP2 installed. I have turned off my firewall and my antivirus scans and ust about everything that i can do but nothing seems to work. So can someone please help me, Thankyou

Try a winsock fix, at a command prompt, type: netsh winsock reset Press Enter. Wait for it to finish and reboot.

See if that fixes your problem.
