unistalled software

    can someone tell me how to get rid of a program that i downloaded and tried to install and it won't install

    You can't just send it to the recycle bin? If you downloaded it and it didn't install, all that should be on your PC is the downloaded 'setup' file. Deleting it should be simple.

    Hi

    What Windows version you using and also tell us what happened with this applications install that didnt work and what you have done to either uninstall it or delete the applications installer, as much info as possible will help us to find the right fix.

    If you gained errors in trying to uninstall or delete this app, also do tell us what they where in full.


    Half of the time if an application didnt install correctly you just need to reboot and then delete its installer as it may have still been active and as an active file it wont be allowed to be removed, also run Ccleaner and delete temps as installer files are also in the temp folders which could hamper a deletion.
