Hi, I bought a universal H200 mini bluetooth headset which advertises ps3 and cellphone compatibility. I did not inquire from the seller whether this device was Win 7 compatible, my mistake. There are no drivers available from Microsoft for this device on windows 7. does anyone have any suggestions where I can download a driver? Can this device be used on a laptop?

H200 is not enough information to ID the manufacturer, make, and model of the headset

    Hi,

Method 1: Try to install the drivers in Windows Vista or Windows Xp sp2 compatibility mode and check if you’re able to install the drivers for the headset.

Refer the following link to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

Method 2: Try to update the driver for the headset and check if the issue persists. Refer the following link to update the drivers.

‘Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly’

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly

You may also refer to the following link for more information.

    ‘Update drivers: recommended links’

I would also suggest you to contact the headset manufacturer to check if there are any compatible drivers available for Windows 7 operating system.

    I hope it helps........
    Thank you once again:)
