Universal Virus Sniffer

On today's MG front page (Sat Aug 13 2011), we have an updated release of Universal Virus Sniffer. Out of curiosity, and because I do A LOT of virus removal in my line of work, I decided to download it and check it out..... hmmmm..... once unzipped and launched (I assume that start.exe is what I run) it opened to an ALL Russian interface. I then opened the "Docs" folder looking for some info; again, a bunch of illegible text files all in Russian (I assume it's Russian). So, I then proceeded to check out the develope's web site. MBAM blocked the web site (which I found a bit odd, but it is based in Russia and A LOT of malware comes from Russia so I guess the blocking of the page isn't too weird, but I thought I'd mention it), so I turned off the web protection in MBAM, and, yet again, we have all Russian on a VERY minimalistic page. So, I guess I'm posting to see if anyone knows anything about this program, or if there's an English version, or whatever.....

A bit of poking around the interweb got me to this page which explains a lot about Universal Virus Sniffer, especially post #6 which is a full list of commands and other usage info, but the app will still be in Russian. At one point in that post, it says to "click the 'Kill all viruses' button"; but if everything is in Russian, how do I know which button it is? LOL Apparently, the developer's web site is down (I ran it thru Google Translate), so any info will have to come from other sites.... if anyone knows of an English plug-in or an English version, please post a link or something....
