unknow problem plz help me

For the past one week or so my system suddenly restarts, i get a message "system has recoverd from a serious error, cannot decide whether its a hardware issue or software plz help me in this matter. This is the error message iam getting.

More System info please like what kinda windows u running

 

First, you should upgrade to XP SP3. Then disable auto-restart by going to Start/right-clk My Computer/Properties/Advanced System Settings/Startup and Recovery/ untick the box next to auto restart and OK out. Next time your machine crashes then it will not restart but give a blue screen from which copy the top message which looks like in the form of

Then copy the bottom one, only the numbers to the left of the parentheses are needed, post that here and then we go on.

 

but i don't wanna go for SP3, iam happy with SP2:-o

 

OK, do the rest then.

 

Pls explain, because- SP3 was released 3yrs ago! With a ton of security patches to date.
