Can I delete this file?
    C:\Windows\usfpvbf.exe

    Description of situation:
I did all the research I know how to do on this, which isn't much. Its file properties say expected things like version 1.00, etc... but its company name is "e". This is really all I have been able to discover about it.

I used StartUpList.exe to discover what applications are loaded at start up. Everything in the list could be explained on www.sysinfo.org's list of processes... Everything except ONE process named usfpvbf.exe.

    My system:
    Windows XP
    P3 1ghz
    512MB RAM
    38GB hard drive

I would appreciate ANY help you can offer. Please email me your reply at juse(removethis)@email.com as I am new to these forums. I'm only a minor geek so far. I'm working on it! =P

    Thanks,
    Juse

    Hi,
We prefer to answer in forums as it may help others. To the best of my knowledge, yes, it is safe to delete, it reads like a random trojan name. Of course, you can always put it on floppy and restore it later if there is a problem.

I'm just beginning to discover the features of these forums... Thanks again.
