Unknown Trojan Keylogger. Help!!!!

I have an "unknown trojan keylogger" and I can't seem to get rid of it. I've tried CCleaner, Ad-aware, Yahoo Anti-Spy. None of these permanently removes the trojan. Yahoo Anti-Spy will identify it and remove it but the Trojan always returns. I located the Trojan on my C drive and it is located in my Documents file, listed as "INSTALL". I went ahead and sent it to my recycle bin and deleted it but it later returned. Thanks for your help!

Sorry. The Trojan is:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\local settings\temp\GLB1A2B.EXE

Have you run ALL the steps give here: READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

For these kind of problems, you must disable system restore (if you have one...you did not give an OS) and you must delete the files in safe mode.
