   I have a unknown user in my regristry , takes over all of it. Its called recycler and I cant get rid of it . I need major geek help! half of my system devices dont work in hardware!

   What tells you its all over the registry is it a software program if so which one or if you can post a screenshot of what you mean that will help as Recycler is the OS term for the Recycle Bin and therefor you will not be able to get rid of it as its permissions for access are system only.
