Unlocking Fast User Switching Enable on Windows Xp pro

Ok i got a problem lol
I am trying to switch back and forth from one to another computer account it has not done this be four i was able to do this be four i did a fresh install of Xp now when i try to switch back and forth useing the (start-Key and L key) on keyboard it will not let me it's saying.


This computer is in use and has been locked

But the thing is i am Administrator And i cant seem to find the Fast user switching in the user accounts i no i have had this done be four i was able to switch back and forth untill i reinstalled Xp pro dont no way it's doing this Never did this be four i dont no maby it's a new update i got lol just dont no i even called geek squad bunch of idiots lol and they whanted me to bring it in lol i ant going to waste 100$ on them when i can do it my self i just need to no what to do and how to fix this never had this problem be four.

And the thing is about this i dont have any passwords on my computer but emails and web sites so if any body can tell me what to do.

And another thing is it possable that my Bios is doing this i will look

I think if you go to user accounts, choose
Change the way users log on or off.
and choose
Use Welcome Screen. Then you should be able to check
"use fast user switching".

If no joy, then its beyond me.
