Unresponsive after boot up

suddenly my computer started becoming unresponsive especially after booting up, it was taking around 10 minutes to free itself, but sometime now it can be upwards of 20 minutes now it has started blocking some websites I have windows XP
I am not sure what to look for if anyone could help

 

Do you see any unusual activities in the Task Manager (Processes tab)?

Do you recall what you were doing on your computer the last time it was functioning fine? For example, did you download or visit a website for the first time and then started getting the boot up issue?

 

I don't sorry it has been going on for a while but I have been ill so it never got sorted
