Unsubscribe Outlook

I want to unsubscribe from Outlook, which is clogging my inbox with useless and unwanted mail
I came across this (sent to my Outlook mailbox) and tried following instructions
Step 2 calls for pressing delete. I did not find that selection, so I used delete on keyboard
That deleted all in RSS feed folder, but did not unsubscribe me.. I am still getting mail by the dozens at a time.
Am I doing something wrong, or miss the locatio0n of Delete?
I am using MS Office Outlook

1. In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, expand the RSS Feeds folder.
   
2. Select the folder for the RSS Feed, and then press DELETE.
   
3. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes".

 

Which version of MS Office Outlook are you using?

Ok.
I don't have RSS Feeds but try this.
Click RSS Feeds, then in the menu bar click Tools > Account Settings... > RSS Feeds.
Select the ones you don't want and click Remove.

 

Agree with Eldon and If you are still receive unwanted e-mails from MS Office Outlook You must login to their official site. An unsubscribe their emails from account setting.

 

That seems to have cured that problem

I think I deleted the account entirely. I tried to set the account back up, but I don't remember the pw,

 

What domain, @outlook.com or what?
