unsupported wireless devie

    hello forum..i am having this problme with booting my latop hp pavillion ze4900.;
    my computer turns on normally, but before it boots i get this message "system haulted unsupported wireless device detected please remove and restart" i have not enabled or installed any wireless card or anything. i dont know what the problme is...is there anyway i can bypass this and boot the computer

    Press F8 at startup and go into safe mode. Then in the run box type in msconfig
    see here http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/msconfig_xp.html
    look over the list of startup items to see if any wireless device shows up. If you see something, uncheck it, save the change and try to boot up normally.

    :cry it wont let me get to safe mode at all....i pressed f8 it just beeps and that message comes up

    I just thought of one other thing you can try. At boot up, hit the F1 key to get into the BIOS. If you see anything for wireless, try disabling it.
    F10 will save your changes and exit the BIOS. With the wireless device off, you may be able to boot into windows.

    If you can, then try to restore to a time efore this error came up.
