    Hi,

Got several gfx issues, I've tried updating drivers, trying different monitors etc.
Decided to run through the malware solutions anyway just in case

Ok so I ran through the steps, didn't seem to find much.
I run AVG 2014 at the moment (yes I know probably better ways to do it in other peoples opinions, I just like AVG.)
AVG is not picking anything up either.

I did toggle system restore after running through the malware removal

Now my system IS saying realtime protection is off - do I need to have this on if I am running AVG?

oh I've been getting a lot of XSS cross scripting attempts that my noscript addon is blocking in firefox - are these bad things?

I did try google but what I found didn't make much sense as to whether they are bad things or not

Re run Hitman Pro and have it delete Potential Unwanted Programs. (Babylon items)

    C:\windows\Reimage.ini <<< Delete this also.

http://imageshack.us/a/img841/7292/thisisujrt.gif Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

    Explain what issues remain please.

The issue with gfx is that sometimes when I am playing a game - War Thunder or WoW for example, the screen will glitch and then jump to the right, the portion lost on the right is seen on the left of the screen

so uh... take a piece of A4 paper, orientate it landscape fashion then cut off anything from a third to a half on the right side and put it on the left
    hope that makes sense
It does not bluescreen at all. Just glitches and then comes back like that.
If I move the mouse to the right, it goes off screen and reappears on the left side. It's almost like my machine has decided I have two monitors and is trying to display them on one monitor, but the wrong way round

I think it's an issue with my gfx card which is old, but I'm getting no undue noise, sounds or smell. It's happening across several games but not when browsing or watching video. I have updated the drivers.
so I thought maybe it might be something nasty causing the glitch which is why I ran through the steps on here.

Hi there. I suggest that you post about these problems in the software forum. :)

    Best of luck.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.

    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

Thank you very much for your help on this.
It's nice to know that there was nothing nasty onthe PC.

I took the gfx card out last night, checked it over and then reseated it.
The card was cooler than I expected it to be since the pc had been on most of the day. However I checked it once the pc was turned back on and the fan was definitely operating - couldn't see any obvious problems on anything in the PC.

just have to see if it happens again I guess.
