Unusual "animated" Cursor.

    I have an old coverdisc and the program features an unusual cursor. It's not a regular animated cursor that can be extracted with the likes of Axialis CursorWorkshop or Microangelo Toolset. I think it's a type of script.
    Has anyone seen anything like this? Perhaps know how to make such a cursor?
    I made a short video clip in swf form.

    I have seen then Eldon in the past, was more in the days of Windows 95/98 but looked through my apps as I did dabble with icons and cursors back in the day and this app was one I had http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-maker still free AFAIK.

    I have made icons, cursors, animated cursors.... but this one has me stumped.
