Unwanted Google Signin And Unknown Survey Box

G'day, would someone advise on how to remove the Google signin and the survey box, this only shows before login, as soon as the members name and password are entered, both boxes disappear, --- I have no idea and for that matter, a few on tractor forum can't pick up who the survey belongs to, I can right click the screen and this brings up a lot of data which I think is part of the survey.

I can screen shot but this only shows a small amount, if someone can advise on how to get the lot, then that will be a help, I think.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST)

Download Farbar Recover Scan Tool for 64 bit systems and save the file onto your Desktop (if it is downloaded elsewhere copy and paste the file onto your Desktop)

Right click on the icon and select Run as administrator

Note: If you receive any warning about the download it is a false positive and you can ignore it. Click on More info to get the Run anyway option

Click Yes to the disclaimer

Click Scan and allow the program to run

Click OK on the Scan complete screen, then OK on the Addition.txt pop up screen

2 Notepad documents should now be open on your desktop.

Please attempt to copy and paste each report in a separate reply. If unable to do so attach both reports.

Thank you for replying Oh My!, first up it finally came to notice that Tractor Forum was running a survey and TF did pass this on, so the survey is finished and that clears up that problem.

As for the Google signin, do you want me to travel the path you have suggested?.

UhOh!!, Windows defender and Norton wont let me open the suggested Farbar Recovery tool.

Thank you for your time, but I think I will stop here for now and close this thread.

Although the Windows Defender and Norton "detections" are false positives and the file is safe we can end things here if you'd like. If you change your mind let me know and we will take a look at things.
