unwanted google toolbar

hey guys, i am having trouble getting rid of a google toolber that showed up on my comp.i went to uninstall progs in my win xp home and it shows the google bar there but it wont let me delete it.i opened my browser and cant see the actual toolbar although when i right click on the browsers toolbar it has google as an option and i cant get rid of it. any thoughts? thanks.

 

i am connected to the net while trying to get rid of it but still no luck.any other ideas?

 

It could be that the uninstall option is corrupted.

install it again to fix it and then uninstall it

then run a registry cleaner
