Unwanted Pop-ups

How do I get rid of this one particular annoying pop-up?I've tried all the virus protectors and the adware and spyware removers and nothing is working.Where could it be hiding? so I could remove it manually.Thanx

 

A little more info. would probably help. What' the pop up advertising? Does it only happen when your surfing? Are you sure it's not because of the website your browsing? What exactly have you used?

 

It does it when I go online one of them says adserver or ads,one of them says it's an antivirus the other one says it's a registry cleaner.It's all a bunch of junk I just don't know where they are all hiding.Thanx!
