Unzip ??

Unzip??

It' me again......Granny Wanda. I didn't know where to go to post this ...so here I am. I'm in the process of getting rid of a slew of trojans and other niceties; I did ok untill I got to the part Major Attitude says to "unzip to a folder". I unzipped it to a folder, but now I don't know how to get the thing to do whatever it's suppose to do. somebody please tell me how to opperate or run or whaterver to these zip things ( CWShredder, Kill2me, about:Buster) ? I also have to run the other spy/trojan stuff in "safe mode", I did, but I have an old desktop ID from waaaay back, I can't dialup from it; How do I delete old desktop and only have the one I use ?? I'm so nervous and overwhelmed by all of this I am just really almost nonfunctional ! How do I know whether or not I have a firewall ? Somebody please pull me out of this muck !
