what are the rest of your system specs
    A8N Sli Deluxe
    250GB HDD
    1GB ram
    Anthlon 3500+
    D-Link DWL-g510 wireless card

does it do this at specific times during playing games for example
I would say it happens most when playing games but it also happens when I'm on the internet or starting up a program (anything from a game to a IM)

do you know the make and model of your power supply
The cover of the manual says Ultra 600 Watt ATX power supply

    has it always done this
It started doing this a couple of weeks after I formatted my HDD

have you had it working before
It worked when I first got it (January) till about a month ago

The card could be overheating, your psu is fine, have you checked what temperature it runs at,right click desktop, properties, settings, advanced, click your video card tab, then temperature settings,do you have any case fans installed

I also wanna be sure it is your video card causing the error,go to

    C:\WINDOWS\Minidump

In there should be some dump files, zip them and attach with your next post, the next step if it is your video card causing the crashes is to reinstall the driver, but first cleaning the old driver first use this tool and then download and install the latest driver from nvidia, follow the instructions in the readme to the letter or you wont clean the old one properly, ignore the cab cleaner part

The temp stays at 60C for the most part (drops to 59 every here and there) and I have 2 fans in my case.

I zipped it up and tried to upload it but it was 364 kb and couldn't be uploaded. Also I didn't do the last step because I didn't know if I was suppose to do that one now or wait till you see the mini dump folder

Thats strange, how large are the mini dumps before you zip them,go ahead and clean the old driver and install the latest doesnt make any difference,I just wanted to know if it was the graphic driver driver causing all the crashes

The temp is about right,it does sound more like a software driver problem, overheating bsod's only usually happen under extreme load,20 mins into a game for example :)

just check this is set right, cont panel, system, advanced ,startup and recover, settings, check small mini dump is selected 64kb and auto restart is disabled, also you should zip each file seperatley and upload them seperately, the two latest would be fine

Ok did all that but I thought you wanted me to delete the mini dump..... Anyways it's still in recycling bin so if I wasn't suppose to it's not a problem

No dont delete, these are small reports of the crash that I or someone else can debug to see the cause, deleting them will not effect your computer but you'll delete the evidence of the crash :D ,have you managed to zip each one seperately yet,are you having trouble, you are opening the mini dump folder and tryna zip each file inside right, not the whole folder, you have to leave the mini dump folder where it is:confused:

you have two win 32 system file 'win 32k.sys' crashes and one windows kernel crash 'ntkrnlpa.exe' these point toward a faulty peice of hardware,ATM prolly ram or cpu, after you have ran driver cleaner and installed the latest video card driver, see if your computer crashes again if it doesnt great

run this program to test your memory, run it for half an hour see if there are any errors

    http://majorgeeks.com/MemTest_d350.html

have you checked the temperature of your cpu,run this program while monitoring your cpu temp with speedfan or your temperature diagnostic program of choice, speedfan wont label which temp is your cpu, when you run toast the temp that rises the fastest is your cpu,if your comp crashed you need more cooling,if you can run toast for half an hour and your cpu tamp doesnt go over 60 you should be fine

Edit Doesnt your motherboard come with a temperature monitoring program? If so use that

With these reports you have two memory corruption and two 'win 32k.sys' crashes,at this point I'm almost certain its your ram causing the problem

To check your ram use only one stick in the first slot, run memtest to check for errors, after its run its course remove the ram module and insert any others individualy and run memtest again see if we can spot the bad module,if both modules report the same errors its most likely the ram timings are too tight 'pushing your ram too far'

I'll explain how to slacken the timings when we get to that point :)

I've got a A8N SLI Deluxe. I've had two of them, in fact. They're the pickiest dang motherboards I've ever seen for RAM. I've got RAM of the correct brand and size, installed correctly, and I still occasionally get a BSOD. I've got 4 matched sticks of 512, but I can only run 2 of them. I get a "system fails memory test" error every time if I try all 4. BIOS is current OS has been reinstalled.

I've also continually seen disk controller errors in Windows Event Log with one of my hard drives. I've even gone so far as to put that disk in another PC, but the error goes away then.

3 installations of Windows, 2 CPUs (3200+ --> 4000+, 2 graphics cards (6600GT --> 7800GTX), 2 psu (one died), 2 matched sets of RAM, 2 mobos and the problem persists. The only constant has been the ASUS mobo.

After this experience and an equally bad experience with the ASUS 6600 GT (reboot and the video card would be uninstalled sometimes), I'm going back to Abit. The only problem I ever had on an Abit system was the time I accidentally stripped a capacitor off the board.

Ah, well, it's nothing to the joys I experienced on the MSI systems I've had.

Unfortunatly I wont be able to preform a memory test till tomorrow but when my computer restarted and went the blue screen I did write this down:

    *** Stop 0x0000008E (0XC0000005, 0x805446F3, 0xB85F5AF8, 0x00000000)

I don't know if that will be much help, just thought I would write it down.
