update failure

    I have win8, AVG Internet security, MBAM pro. This morning 4 windows updates failed to load, they should have loaded automatically.Tried manually and failed. Code: 8007371B. What to do now?

    Try turning off AVG and MBAM temporarily and see if the updates succeed. Seems odd for 4 updates to show up today. Do the updates manually and check each one.

    I adjusted the avg firewall. Then I found that there is a "check for problems" hidden away like everything else in Win8. I found it accidentally. They downloaded and installed. AVG is a trial, I'm gonna keep my eye on it.
