Update KB906569 added Tools in spanish

I don't know how this happened but somehow I got the TOOLS addon in MSConfig all in Spanish even though all the other MSConfig tabs are still in English. I searched everywhere and can find no way to change remove or reinstall KB906569 update. I tried to reinstall but it says it will not install over a previous install. And it does not show up in add remove programs even though I can see other hotfixes and such.

 

In Control Panel > Add & Remove Programs, do you have the "Show updates" box at the top checked to show the updates? Do this and you should see it listed so you can uninstall.
