Update KB973687 Keeps Failing on Vista

I'm running Vista Basic on a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I have one Windows (KB973687) that fails each time I attempt to install it. It returns fail code: 8024200D. Other updates install without errors. Why this failure???

I would just choose to decline and hide the update.
But I'd also run a SFC on the system. :wave:wave

When you click on updates, you should be given a menu to select this. I can't be specific tho I've done this lots of times, it is, I think, under a heading like "view available updates", or something like that. :wave:wave:wave
