The case looks fine, vented side where you may need to fit a fan to push air onto the 'board is sensible, see below.

The PSU is classed as 4th Tier (see http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx): "Tier 4 - Not Recommend for stressful situations. May not be able to put out full rated power above room temperature, and may slightly fail to meet ATX specs.".

The 'board specs look fine but the brand is not as well thought of as ASUS, GigaByte or frequently ASRock. Some of this may be down to design, I seem to recall VRM cooling being slated on some recent MSI 'boards.

Difficult to go wrong with that cooler but tower coolers do not force enough (or any!) air across the 'board to aid cooling it - related to the VRM cooling comment above.

CPU should be a pretty good all-rounder for the price, just don't expect it to game as well the better quad cores out there (even the older Phenom II x4's still perform very well for the price).

The RAM should be fine. The heatspreaders may be needed, see above .

From the compatibility p.o.v., it all looks pretty good overall.
