Updating Drivers

Help, I scanned my computer at driveragent.com to see if it was Vista ready and the results were that updated drivers were needed for the following first:

Display adapters
NVIDIA GeForce 6200SE TurboCache(TM)

IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) Ultra ATA Storage Controllers - 27DF Intel(R) 82801GB/GR/GH (ICH7 Family) Serial ATA Storage Controller - 27C0

Universal Serial Bus controllers
Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 27CC Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CB Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CA Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C9 Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C8

I have already updated the display adapter at the NVIDIA site. I know that that the update I need for the ide ata/atapi controllers is one of these two: infinst_autol_7_2_2_1006.exe or
infinst_autol_8_0_1_1002.exe
most likely the first one, neither of them are available on the Intel site anymore, so I googled them and went down the list and this:

was the first site I was able to download this update from, that I did not have to join first and pay for the membership. I have not installed it as of yet because I wanted to ask you if it was safe to do so first. So, is it safe? Also I gave up on looking for the universal serial bus controller driver updates, I did not even start looking because I did not think I could find them, if you know where I can locate them from I would appreciate that too. Thanks for all of your help.

 

Don't know anything about that site. The drivers should be available without going to a site written in Russian.
Intel should have the drivers you need.
Do you have your Motherboard ID?
