   robertbiferi I can't follow the rules

   When I go to put a new Motherboard in my system they say it will not even start because win7. witch I have now is setup for this Motherboard.
   
   And the system takes Notes about what is installed and the changes you make.
   
   So what do I do when I just need a new Motherboard?

   Well, if I understand you correctly someone is telling you that if you replace the motherboard Windows 7 will not activate? This is because it will think it is a new computer. You SHOULD be able to call Microsoft and tell them your situation and get a code to bypass this. No promises, but they usually will allow it.
