    I have been asked to upgrade the following system as the user is experiencing problems with it slowing down while trying to manipulate picture files:

    I recomended upgrading to 1GB of RAM and a 256MB video card.

    The user purchased said upgrades however they purchased PC2700 RAM instead of PC2100 RAM. I installed the RAM and Video card and now the system will not boot. Please help with any suggestions you may have.

    The ram may not be compatible with the m/b so may stop you from booting insert old ram and see if it boots if not replace video card to see if thats causing the boot failure some bios need resetting when installing new ram. Hope this helps
