Upgrading PC rig but don't know where to start ( will Pay for helping me )

Hello everyone, I have a very old 2006 dual core computer I built and really need to upgrade it with a new mobo,ram,cpu,video card and wanted to put win 7 64 bit on there as well, since I'm using 32bit atm.


I wanted to know if there were any real pros that really know what they're doing to help me figure out what parts I should get and also help me find a way to do this with out reinstalling everything but I doubt there is a way to do that since I want to upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit.

I also need help with reinstalling and hooking back up my raid, which a seperate raid drive and not my main drive. ( my c drive is the main one and it's not raid)

I don't have much money, but I can offer someone 25$ to help me do this, if you wanted to and I can give you half of the money now if you wish and then the rest later. I just put that offer on the table, for helping me out with this, and I know some of you would actually do it for free, but i just wanted to offer.

I think i know what parts to get, just will prolly need help finding the best way to backup my info and reinstall everything from win 7 32 to win 7 64bit. would be awesome if i could do that without reinstalling everything bout I doubt there is a way.
